PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Product Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your Subscription to all products (“Product”) provided by Phaedra Botanicals (“PB”). By subscribing to the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing to the Product. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not subscribe to the Product.

1. Subscription Terms

1.1 Subscription Plan: You may choose from various subscription plans offered by the PB, each with its pricing, features, and duration.

1.2 Subscription Duration: Your Subscription will be specified at the time of purchase and will depend on the subscription plan you choose.

2. Payment and Billing

2.1 Payment: You agree to pay the subscription fee associated with your chosen plan for the minimum of three delivery rounds (regardless of the delivery frequency) for which you receive the offered discount.

2.2 Billing: Your subscription fee will be billed in advance or gradually based on your selected subscription plan. You authorize the PB to charge your chosen payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle until you cancel your Subscription.

2.3 Auto-Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can cancel your Subscription by following the cancellation process provided by the PB.

2.4 Price Changes: The PB reserves the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice to you. Any changes in fees will only apply to the next billing cycle.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time by contacting our customer support ([email protected]). The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.*

3.2 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as applicable law requires. If you cancel your Subscription, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.

4. Access and Use of the Product

4.1 License: During the subscription period, the PB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for personal use, as these Terms permit.

4.2 Use Restrictions: You agree not to:

Share your Subscription with others unless explicitly allowed by your subscription plan.

Sell the Product obtained through the Subscription.

Reverse engineer, modify or create derivative works of the Product.

Use the Product for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.

5. Privacy and Data

5.1 Privacy Policy: Your product use is subject to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by PB: The PB may terminate your Subscription and access to the Product at its discretion if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

6.2 Termination by You: You may terminate your Subscription as provided in Section 3 (Cancellation).

7. Changes to Terms

7.1 Amendments: The PB may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the PB website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

8. Adding other Products to Your Subscription order

You might add products that are not available via our Subscription to your future deliveries and Subscription orders by contacting [email protected] before the Subscription order is shipped. We will provide you with the checkout link for the amount of the Product you wish to add to the order, and once paid, add it to your future delivery.

9. Changing Subscription Delivery Frequency

You can adjust the delivery frequency after the conclusion of the current billing cycle (minimum of three deliveries) by contacting Customer Support: [email protected]

10. Payment Method

All Subscription orders require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, cannot be accepted.

11. Changing Subscription account information

If you want to change your delivery address, don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. The PB cannot change the delivery address if it is to a different country than that of your original Subscription since additional tax and shipping costs might apply. If unsure, do not hesitate to consult us ([email protected]).

By subscribing to the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all our collective terms: Product Subscription Terms and Conditions, Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the PB.

*The billing cycle is defined by a minimum of three purchases regardless of the delivery frequency.
